Antaeus played Maryland Deathfest in Baltimore in 2013, and this design marks it. The front shows a winged, clawed creature in scratchy black line art. On the back, the web logo sits inside a ring naming the festival, the Blood Libels line Everything Great Is Built Upon Sorrow and Norma Evangelium Diaboli, the band's label.
